The short version

Sentry is built to collect nothing. The app runs fully offline and stores all of your information — profile, scores, bodyweight, training plans, and workout history — only on your device.

What we collect

No account or sign-in. We never ask for your name, email, or identity.
No servers or network calls. Your data is never transmitted, uploaded, or synced.
No analytics, tracking, or ads. No third-party SDKs collect your data.
No health data leaves the device. Age, sex, height, bodyweight, tape measurements, and test scores stay local to your phone.

Because nothing is collected or sent, there is nothing for us to sell, share, or lose. If you delete the app or use Settings → Privacy & data → Erase all data, your information is gone for good. You can export a copy of your data as JSON from the same screen at any time.

Notifications

If you enable training or weigh-in reminders, they are scheduled locally on your device using the operating system's notification service. No notification content is sent to any server.

Data sources & disclaimer

AFT scoring reflects the official Army Fitness Test Scoring Scales (effective 1 June 2025). Body-composition references reflect AR 600-9. School standards were checked against public sources. Standards change — always confirm against your current official source. Sentry provides general fitness information, not medical advice.
